Emma Shen

Emma started practicing as a lawyer in 2012. She obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law from
Shanghai University in 2012, and later a master degree in European and International
Business Law in Leiden University in 2015. Emma’s main practice areas are intellectual
property, commercial law and foreign investments in China. She is dedicated to providing
SMEs with all round legal services. She is admitted to the Chinese Bar and is fluent in
Chinese, English and Shanghai dialect.
